I’m Sophie, the face behind My Self-Care Café.

I’m a psychologist originally from Cologne, Germany, but currently residing in Portugal. With a solid background (BSc & MSc in clinical psychology) my expertise spans from managing extreme stress and burnout to navigating through depression and anxiety. But here’s the twist—I don’t just focus on problems; I’m all about uncovering the strengths already within you.
